EPB Hosted UC is a softphone add-on to the EPB Hosted Solution platform of products. It integrates voice telephony with other communications technologies into an intuitive user interface.
Features include:
• Presence and IM: Shows which contacts are available, offline, or idle. Users can message individual users, multiple users or departments.
• Voice Calls: Make phone calls directly from your mobile device using your EPB Hosted Phone business number.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Users are required to have a Hosted Phone Solution VoIP account with EPB Fiber Optics to make calls.

This version of EPB Hosted UC Client will not run on iOS 12 devices such as iPhone 5S, 6, 6 Plus; iPod Touch 6th generation; iPad Air 1st generation.
Improvements:
Added more logging to Enhanced Client Traces (also called Simplified Device Log), to track activities around Do Not Disturb and Focus Mode.
Resolved issues:
Fixed an issue where SMS messages were split even when they were shorter than 160 characters.
